Features of La Residence
La Residence complex is built on sloping ground overlooking the sea in a calm and peaceful environment and consists of 3 self catering villas. These 3 villas have 2 bedrooms each that can accommodate 4 persons each. There are 2 studios garden level that can accommodate 2 persons and 3 studios with balcony for 2 persons. All the accommodation types comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a daily maid service and all household linen are provided.
Accommodation
Separate Villas (3 each): 135 sq.m. Each villa has two bedrooms with fan and en-suite bathrooms. They have separate fully equipped kitchen, a Lounge and Dining room and a terrace with the sea view.
Studios S (3 each): 60 sq.m. Each studio has a large bedroom with fan and en-suite bathroom. The studios have fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a terrace with sea view on the first floor.
One-Bedroom Apartment (2 each): 60 sq.m. Each apartment has a separate bedroom with fan and en-suite bathroom. The apartment also comes with a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette. .It has a terrace with sea view on the ground floor.
