The beach of Beau Vallon is more than three kilometers long. There are many activities that are offered by hotels in the surrounding area among which includes jet skiing, water skiing, snorkeling, diving, paragliding and many more. You can also opt for boat tours.
Sir Selwyn Clarke Market
Sir Selwyn Clarke Market is the only market that exists in Mahé. So you can expect that all Seychellois who live in Mahé will stock up at Selwyn Clarke. It bears the name of the English governor who had it built in 1869.
Selwyn Clarke is the perfect place for those who are interested to get to know the Seychellois culture. The market is open from Monday to Saturday until four o’clock in the afternoon and closes on Sundays.
Seychelles National Botanical Gardens
The Botanical Garden makes more than 15 acres of exotic and endemic plants in the heart of the capital of Mahé. It is now over 100 years old. Initially, it was introduced as an experiment for the cultivation of several species of plants. Today, it has become a park where nature lovers can walk and enjoy.
Natural History Museum
The Natural History Museum of Seychelles includes numerous exhibitions on sections of zoology, botany, anthropology and geology! It also contains objects that are related to the interesting history of Seychelles.
Praslin
Praslin is the second largest island of Seychelles with an area of 38 square kilometers. It has a population of over 7500 people. Praslin is situated 44 kilometers to the northeast of Mahé. From Mahé, you can get to Praslin by boat or plane. It will take you around 45 minutes to get there by boat while by flying; you will get there in 15 minutes!
Beaches of Praslin

The Vallée de Mai National Park
The Vallée de Mai National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It contains the largest amount of coco de mer fruit palm (around 4000 samples) which is a plant endemic to Seychelles. The reserve also includes several rare bird species such as the black parrot.
Vallée de Mai was founded in 1966 and was listed as World Heritage by UNESCO in 1983. This tropical forest contains many species of animals and plants that are highly protected by the Seychelles Islands Foundation (SIF). The Vallée de Mai National Park is heaven for photographers and nature lovers
La Digue
The fourth largest island of the Seychelles is La Digue. As there are no airports on La Digue, the only ways of accessing the island is either by boat or helicopter.
